Oomiya Garrison Summer Festival Report
On 23 July 2024, the annual summer festival was held at the Ground Self-Defense Force's Omiya Camp in Nisshin Town, Saitama City. The festival started with the opening of the booths and a children's square, and in the evening a Bon dance was held, attracting a large crowd of local residents. The main event, the fireworks display, started at 20:00 hrs and beautifully coloured the night sky, adding colour to the summer memories of the visitors.
