Urban hire services require advance booking and the driver is on call at a designated office. Based on the customer's request, details such as pick-up locations and fares are set in advance and the service is provided accordingly. This style of service allows the customer to monopolise a chauffeur-driven car for a few hours or a day.
The fee includes all the time spent by the driver from the time he or she leaves the office to the time he or she returns. Basically, it is a form of contract between the driver and his vehicle for a period of at least two hours, with toll roads and parking charged at the actual cost.
- Toll road, motorway and parking charges are at actual cost.
- Cancellation charges are 20% from 7 days, 50% from 48 hours and 100% from 24 hours.
- The minimum usage time is 2 hours.
