Payment methods, cancellations and additional charges

Cancellation policy and additional costs

Jumbotaxy.com (Peace Tourism Co., Ltd.) (the "Site") cancellation policy and additional fees. The following information is provided.

1. Cancellation.
   Cancellation charges are 20% from 7 days, 50% from 48 hours and 100% from 24 hours.
   
   
2. Additional charges.
   Toll roads, motorways, facility entrance fees and parking fees are at the actual cost, with additional charges for extensions where necessary.
   
   
3. Extension fees
   Add ¥3,220 for every 0.5 hours. Payment must be made in cash or by credit card on the day.

There are two payment options

(1) Bank transfer (advance lump-sum payment)

Make the transfer to the account of the Japanese financial institution designated by JumboTaxy.com (Heiwa Kanko Co., Ltd.) by the due date.

(2) Credit card (one-time payment in advance)

The following brands are accepted. We will send you a credit card payment weblink to your email address with the fare. Click on the link and fill in the required details to make the payment. The credit card payment weblink connects directly to the credit card processing company, so you can rest assured that we cannot obtain your credit card details illegally.

matters to be ascertained

• JumboTaxy.com uses both Japanese and overseas credit card payment agents, depending on the brand. This is for the convenience of the users of JumboTaxi.com, as there are many users not only in Japan but also outside Japan.
• JumboTaxy.com's Visa/ Master Card uses a Japanese payment agent.
• JCB/ AMERICAN EXPRESS/ Diners Club INTERNATIONAL of JumboTaxy.com uses an overseas payment agent.
• Please ensure that the credit card holder is the user himself/herself.
• In the event that the credit card company requests an investigation into the relevant shop usage, this agreement will be used as proof of usage.

About overseas credit card payment agents

• The name of the credit card payment agency customer centre is displayed on the credit card company's statement and in the name of the shop where the credit card is used.
  
• As the payment is made via an overseas country (outside Japan), the statement may show the name of the country (e.g. SINGAPORE, HONGKONG) or the name of the local company (e.g. ILK*NEOSTAGE). Of course, it may also be listed as JumboTaxy.com. This is a feature of the international payment system.
  
• The currency for credit card payments is Japanese yen.
  
• Depending on the contract between the credit card holder and the card issuer, there may be an overseas administration fee or automatic revolving payments. Please check the agreement with your card company.
  
• If you have any questions about the details of use or the possibility of fraudulent use, please contact the customer centre of the credit card payment agency indicated in the billing name on the statement. The contact details of the credit card payment agency can be found in the completion notification by e-mail or on the credit card statement.
  
• Check if you have received a payment completion notification by e-mail, or if your credit card statement shows a contact number in Japan before or after the name of the merchant or credit card payment agency (*1), contact that number directly.
• (*1) If the name of the shop you are using is displayed as "ABC0570-***-***", etc. (The 0570-***-*** part is the telephone number.)
