In this issue, we would like to introduce our regular "Minami-Gin (Omiya Minami-Ginza) Cleanup Activity".
Minamigin is a bustling area in Saitama City's Omiya Ward with many pedestrians, restaurants, and entertainment facilities. On the other hand, there are also issues that spoil the scenery, such as litter and graffiti at night.
Therefore, as a "company rooted in the community," Heiwa Kanko conducts cleanup activities twice a month to beautify the environment in Minamigin.
Cleanup activities
Activities begin at 16:00 in the evening. Employees gather wearing orange bibs. With tongs and garbage bags in their hands, they carefully pick up cigarette butts, empty cans, and fallen leaflets one by one.
Connection with the community
During the cleanup activities, we are often approached by people from neighboring stores who say, "Thank you" or "You're a big help.
Recently, we have also had more opportunities to work together with other local businesses and volunteers, and we are expanding our collaboration to make Nambu Gin a "safer place to walk".
Future Initiatives
